Hailing from southeast Texas, Kelly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management from Texas State University before making her way to Los Angeles in 2017.

Her career at Encompass began in 2021 as a Music Assistant, where she quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Music Coordinator in 2022 and our Music Events Manager in 2024.
With sharp business insight, Kelly has overseen numerous high-stakes projects and live events, consistently delivering them on time and within budget. As both a songwriter and entrepreneur, her role at Encompass has allowed her to seamlessly combine her passion for music with her expertise in project and business management.

When she's not working, Kelly enjoys going to comedy shows and live events, discovering new restaurants around the city, rummaging through thrift stores, and traveling as often as possible.
