Manda is thrilled to have recently joined the Encompass team. Bringing her experience in the music business and as an artist, she loves to help artists and production teams achieve their creative visions.

Mosher is an award-winning Los Angeles native Singer/Songwriter with deep roots in the California music scene. She grew up in the La Crescenta and Pasadena areas playing in bands starting at a young age. She graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Music in Songwriting with guitar being her principal instrument.

After graduating from Berklee, she began working in the industry in Los Angeles as a studio assistant to famed producer and songwriter, Andy Goldmark. From there she was brought on as Neil Portnow’s Executive Assistant & Operations Manager for Zomba Music / Jive Records West Coast division. When The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (The GRAMMYs) tapped Portnow as President, Mosher transitioned to working in the Office of the President & National Officers as Special Projects Manager for NARAS.

Following her tenure at NARAS, she began freelancing, released 4 albums and toured the US and internationally with both her namesake band and the female trio, CALICO the band. She has a background in event production with The GRAMMYs, and The California Country Show production team. She started the boutique record label, Blackbird Record Label, in 2017 which she oversees with her husband Eric Craig. Mosher & Craig live in Van Nuys, CA with their daughter Violet and dog Izzy. Manda enjoys performing locally, playing music with her friends, and creating in her home studio, San Fernando Valley Recording.
